Lengoko Israel Mphasha is the founder and Managing Director of Lekilo Business Solutions (Pty) Ltd. He has vast experience in the Financial Services field which includes Annual Financial Statements, Accounting, Bookkeeping, projects, and training. He holds a Bachelor of Accounting Science and is continuously developing himself in the Financial Sector. He holds the designation of South African Business Accountant in Practice through the Southern African Institute for Business Accountants (SAIBA).

Molatelo Mphasha is the Operations Director of Lekilo Business Solutions (Pty) Ltd and is deeply committed to developing people in the organization and the broader society. Both his parents are educators and as a result, it has engrained his passion for knowledge and empowering others. He holds a Masters in Operations Management, BSc Hons in Engineering Metallurgy, Diploma in Safety Management, B-Tech in Quality, and various other certificates. He is an international register management systems lead auditor, registered assessor, and moderator. He has experience in manufacturing, engineering, construction, education & training, process improvement, and ISO management system certification. He has exposure to international companies and this together with his academic accomplishments makes him a suitable candidate to share industry experience and impart knowledge. He has also served as an impartiality committee member of TUV Rheinland South Africa.
